Radsson Shipping and Delivery basics
- Shipping and Delivery prices do not include tax
- Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation.
- You can opt-in to receive texts about your delivery status.
- Someone 18 years or older must be present for the delivery. Select locations may choose to have your order delivered without an adult present.
- Orders over 50 lbs do not qualify for small order delivery.
- Orders over 500 lbs can only be delivered by Scheduled In-Home Delivery or Express In-Home Delivery.
- Not all shipping and delivery options are available in all zip codes.
- All orders must be delivered within the continental Africa.
Don’t mind waiting? Your items will be conveniently delivered outside your home or to the lobby of your building within the date range you choose.

- You will receive a separate notification when your delivery date is selected by the independent delivery provider.

You choose your delivery date, which can be as early as tomorrow. Your packages will be delivered outside your home or to the lobby of your building on the date you chose.
The independent delivery provider will notify you of your 4-hour time window the night before your delivery.

At Radsson Villas Furniture we are focused on ensuring our customers are supported at every step of the process. We do our best to deliver your furnishings to your home as soon as possible. When will I receive my item(s)?
All orders are prepared and fulfilled directly by our team. We kindly ask that you allow 2-3 business days after placing your order to be updated with your tracking information. Most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.
Please note some products are subject to longer delivery time frames. Depending on your locations, these orders have a slightly longer delivery time frame.
PREORDER: If you purchased a Pre-Order item, that means it is currently out of stock but expecting to be restocked in the future. Please note you may always cancel pre-order items at any time before it is deemed shipped by us to receive a full refund.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free shipping on all products over R50 000,only within South Africa.
Products under R50 000 will be charged a shipping fee. The shipping fee is non-refundable.
Where do you ship to?
Currently we ship within the South Africa, Mozambique, Tanzania, Malawi, Zimbabwe, Lesotho, Eswatini, Botswana, Namibia.

What methods of shipping do you use?
Shipping methods depend on the product(s) ordered. Orders are delivered via FedEx or through a freight shipping carrier. Please contact us if you have inquiries regarding how your item is shipped.
AHF covers the Threshold service for freight shipments. This means the delivery team will drop your order off at the first “dry area.” (inside your front door, garage, etc.). For threshold freight shipments the delivery team will unpack and inspect your item.
Do you offer White Glove Delivery?
FOR FREIGHT SHIPMENTS ONLY – White Glove delivery is available as an upgraded service.
If your item is eligible, you will see the option to add the service at check out for This fee is non-refundable.
What does White Glove Delivery include?
White glove delivery ensures that the delivery team unpacks, inspects, assembles (if required, up to 30 min.), and places your order in the room of your choice. Upon arrival, the room should be cleared of all other furniture.
The delivery team will not move or remove any furniture items that do not pertain to the order.
Can I schedule a delivery?
Unfortunately, you cannot schedule FedEx deliveries on our platform.
If your order is being delivered as a freight shipment, your delivery date will be arranged with the carrier. Once your order is picked up, the shipping carrier will contact you directly to arrange the delivery date.
I ordered multiple items. Will they ship separately?
We ship your order complete. Should an exception arise, we will reach out to you and make appropriate accommodations.
